Aftersales Advisor - Perrys BDC Burnley

Aftersales Advisor role:
• Working in conjunction with the Dealerships and the Aftersales teams in the workshops your remit will be to receive calls from customers and assist them with their Aftersales needs, liaising with workshops to book their vehicles in for general servicing, MOT and repair work or giving customers updates on repair timescales and obtaining approval for any costed work.
• You will be working alongside the service department making sure you deliver a high level of customer service to make the customer experience an enjoyable one.
The role is working within a Main Car dealership, so we need someone with the highest levels of customer service and communication skills who present themselves in the highest manner.
• General call centre duties like data entry, after-call work, teamwork, and others.
Aftersales Advisor requirements:
• Previous customer service experiences in the contact centre, but we’ll consider stable work experience in other roles.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communicator and able to present yourself professionally.
