Service Manager duties:
Running the Service department, you will be responsible for the Service department & Workshop. 
•	Managing the team making sure the departments working to targets daily and following company processes. 
•	From day to day running of the Workshop, managing the Technicians / Mechanics to achieve maximum productivity, making sure that the Service Advisors are very customer focused and achieved upselling targets to budget and KPI monitoring.

Workshop Controller key responsibilities:
•	Supporting and training the Technicians to improve the skill sets of the team

•	Plan the distribution of work amongst the team utilising available skills mix

The Ideal Workshop Controller:
You will currently be working either as a Mechanic or a Service Technician in a garage / dealership environment and be ready to take the step up in to an exciting new hands on role. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work to short deadlines and juggle competing priorities.  The role demands a flexible attitude and excellent customer service skills as you will be responsible for liaising with both internal and external customers.
You will need to have a proven track record in running a successful fast paced workshop, have good management skills and be able to provide leadership for the Vehicle Technicians.
