Switchboard Operator role:
•	Answer incoming calls, according to company procedure, professionalism, establishing their needs to ensure they are directed to the correct department/team member.
•	Directing calls efficiently as well as effectively ensuring an exceptional experience.
•	To accurately take and forward messages as appropriate.
•	To support the management and other departments of the site facilities.
•	You will build a genuine rapport and ensure a smooth and efficient introduction to the sales team.
•	Use computer as an effective communication tool, inputting data as requested, updating, and maintaining the dealership diary and other general administrative duties.

Switchboard Operator requirements:
•	Ideally you will have experience within a similar role or motor trade experience. If not, then we will require a stable career history within an Administrator role.
•	Flexible to cover colleagues' days off and sickness
•	Service with a smile attitude.
•	Excellent organisation skills.

Workshop Controller duties:
•	Supporting and training the Technicians to improve the skill sets of the team
•	During busy periods, undertaking the maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
•	To ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the department
•	Plan the distribution of work amongst the team utilising available skills mix
•	Ensure understanding and adherence to the requirements of brand service requirements and customer satisfaction indicators
•	Allocate jobs to the workshop productive as appropriate to ensure maximum efficiency
•	Liaise with internal and external customers as required for the collection and delivery of vehicles
•	Ensuring all parts that are required to complete work within the workshop are ordered and placed through the computerised workflow system, including emailing suppliers with orders  
•	Ensure that these parts are linked to the correct job number and placed in the correct allocated rack accordingly

Requirements:
•	You will need to have a proven track record in running a successful fast paced workshop, have good management skills and be able to provide leadership for the Vehicle Technicians
•	You will currently be working either as a Mechanic or a Service Technician in a garage / dealership environment and be ready to take the step up into an exciting new hands-on role
•	You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work to short deadlines and juggle competing priorities. 
•	The role demands a flexible attitude and excellent customer service skills as you will be responsible for liaising with both internal and external customers
