Assistant Financial Manager role:
•	You will be working closely with the Dealership Accountant & Management team to deliver accurate accounts by set deadlines.
•	Assisting with the management accounts.
•	Assisting with the banking.
•	Working closely with the team to develop a seamless accounts process.
•	Attention to detail with the accounts & administration.
•	Work closely with company policies and procedures.
•	Make sure all accounts are completed by set deadlines.

Requirements:
•	Must have experience as an Assistant Financial Manager or Assistant Accountant within a car dealership.
•	We may consider someone looking to take the next step who can demonstrate the right knowledge and ambition to succeed
•	Kerridge experience Preferable

Contact Centre Advisor role:
•	Working alongside the Sales team and the Aftersales team your remit will be to take calls from customers and either run through the offers available on new and used cars, using effective questioning to find out the customers’ needs, advising on prices, time scales, their best options, and any additional offers.
•	You will be tasked with making appointments for customers to come to site and following up on vehicles purchases to ensure a full and complete customer experience.
•	You will be liaising with the workshop to book customers vehicles in for general servicing, MOT’s, and repair work, giving customers updates on repair timescales and obtaining approval for any costed work. 
•	You will be working alongside the service department making sure you deliver a high level of customer service to make sure the customers book their vehicle in and to make sure they are always updated.

Requirements:
•	Having experience within a similar role is needed so someone from a Call Centre or Contact Centre position will be ideal. As the role is working within the Motor Trade; a good knowledge of the trade will be preferable.
•	You must have excellent Customer Service skills, be a strong communicator and be able to present yourself in a professional manner. A background within a similar sales position will be an advantage.
