•	Vehicle invoicing and ordering.
•	Checking all the relevant documents to tax the vehicles and release to the customer.
•	Maintaining full and accurate stock records.
•	Providing management information and liaison with manufacturers regarding stock and related financial information.

Sales Administrator requirements:
•	Ideally looking for someone who has previous experience as a motor trade Sales Administrator though we will consider someone with a stable administrator background looking for a new challenge.

Service Manager duties:
Running the Service department, you will be responsible for the Service department & Workshop. 
•	Managing the team making sure the departments working to targets daily and following company processes. 
•	From day to day running of the Workshop, managing the Technicians / Mechanics to achieve maximum productivity, making sure that the Service Advisors are very customer focused and achieved upselling targets to budget and KPI monitoring.
•	Looking for someone to manage the team to deliver a first-class service throughout all departments while making sure the team are engaged and delivering on key targets.

Requirements:

Workshop Controller key responsibilities:
•	Supporting and training the Technicians to improve the skill sets of the team
•	During busy periods, undertaking the maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
•	To ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the department
•	Plan the distribution of work amongst the team utilising available skills mix
•	Ensure understanding and adherence to the requirements of brand service requirements and customer satisfaction indicators
•	Allocate jobs to the workshop productive as appropriate to ensure maximum efficiency
•	Liaise with internal and external customers as required for the collection and delivery of vehicles
•	Ensuring all parts that are required to complete work within the workshop are ordered and placed through the computerised workflow system, including emailing suppliers with orders  
•	Ensure that these parts are linked to the correct job number and placed in the correct allocated rack accordingly

The Ideal Workshop Controller:
You will currently be working either as a Mechanic or a Service Technician in a garage / dealership environment and be ready to take the step up in to an exciting new hands on role. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work to short deadlines and juggle competing priorities.  The role demands a flexible attitude and excellent customer service skills as you will be responsible for liaising with both internal and external customers.
You will need to have a proven track record in running a successful fast paced workshop, have good management skills and be able to provide leadership for the Vehicle Technicians.
