Digital Sales Specialist – Perrys Vauxhall Canterbury

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Perrys are one of the UK’s largest Car Dealership Groups having served customers since 1908 with over 50 branches across the country. Official franchised dealer for many of the UK’s most popular car and commercial vehicle brands, including Ford, Kia, Mazda, and Vauxhall.
Digital Sales Specialist role:
• To assist the customers in completing online sales, part exchange pricing and finance quotes.
• To have a good knowledge of products and services.
• To communicate with the customers about their purchases via telephone, online or digital communication. To ensure dealership has a complete handover of information.
• To ensure that customers journey was dealt in timely manner.
• To achieve personal and team targets.
Requirements:
• Motor Trade experience preferred but not essential.
• A proven track record in sales including online and telephone sales is desirable.
• Ability to adapt to a wide range of software solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Full driving licence is desirable.
