Service Manager - Perrys Ford Dover

Service Manager duties:
Running the Service department, you will be responsible for the Service department & Workshop.
• Managing the team making sure the departments working to targets daily and following company processes.
• From day to day running of the Workshop, managing the Technicians / Mechanics to achieve maximum productivity, making sure that the Service Advisors are very customer focused and achieved upselling targets to budget and KPI monitoring.
• Looking for someone to manage the team to deliver a first-class service throughout all departments while making sure the team are engaged and delivering on key targets.
• Liaising directly with the Senior Team
Requirements:
• Must have experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with at least 1 years’ experience within the motor trade.
• Must hold a Full UK Driving licence
• Happy to look at someone from a volume or prestige background.
