Perrys are one of the UK’s largest Car Dealership Groups having served customers since 1908 with over 50 branches across the country. Official franchised dealer for many of the UK’s most popular car and commercial vehicle brands, including Ford, Kia, Mazda, and Vauxhall.
Role:
- This position will involve managing the front of house operation in a fast-paced working environment whist working closely with the Aftersales Manager.
- You will be responsible for managing a team of well performing Service Advisors whilst also being heavily involved in providing the highest standards of customer service to every customer.
Requirement:
- The right individual must have previous motor trade experience. We may consider someone from an independent garage who can show the knowledge, confidence and driven manner
- Have a steady work history
- At least 2 years’ experience working within the motor trade / car/Commercial dealership as a senior Service Advisor/Service Team Manager
- Pinnacle or Kerridge experience is preferable but not essential. Having experience with some sort of dealership system.
- Looking for a confident, friendly and professional individual with a strong customer service background and the ability to display strong management skills.
