Vehicle Administrator Role
• Manage vehicle funding and keep the Sales Manager informed
• Maintain accurate stock and CRM records
• Process vehicle orders, registrations, and tax documentation
• Handle part exchange and trade vehicle paperwork
• Provide excellent customer service and support team goals
• Ensure GDPR and Health & Safety compliance
Vehicle Administrator Requirements
• Previous experience in vehicle administration or motor industry accounts
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented and confident with data and documentation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
