Aftersales Advisor Role:
Collaborate with dealerships and the Aftersales teams in the workshops to receive calls from customers and assist them with their Aftersales needs
Liaise with workshops to book vehicles in for general servicing, MOT, and repair work; provide customers with updates on repair timescales; and obtain approval for any costed work
Work alongside the service department to deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring an enjoyable customer experience
Perform general call centre duties, including data entry, after-call work, teamwork, and other related tasks
Aftersales Advisor Requirements:
Previous customer service experience in a contact centre is preferred, but we will consider candidates with stable work experience in other roles
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to present oneself professionally
