Location: Chesterfield
Salary: £40,000 basic, OTE up to £55,000
Hours: Full-time, Permanent, 39 hours per week
Shift Pattern:
  • Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
  • Friday: 08:30 – 16:00
    (30-minute lunch break)
We are looking for an experienced VDA (Vehicle Damage Assessor) to join our busy Bodyshop team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to progress their career within a supportive and rewarding environment.
What We Offer
  • Basic salary of £40,000 with OTE up to £55,000
  • Departmental bonus scheme based on a % of invoiced work split monthly

The Role
As a VDA, you will:
  • Accurately assess vehicle damage and produce repair estimates
  • Liaise with insurers, customers, and technicians to ensure efficient workflow
  • Support the Bodyshop team in delivering high-quality repair processes
  • Maintain accurate records in line with industry standards
About You
  • Proven experience as a VDA in a Bodyshop environment
  • ATA qualification or equivalent desirable
  • Strong knowledge of Audatex or similar estimating systems
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
