Sales Administrator Supervisor - Perrys Multi Brand Aylesbury

Sales Administrator Supervisor Role
• Coordinate closely with the Sales Administrator, Sales Executives, Sales Manager, and showroom team to ensure seamless sales operations
• Manage vehicle invoicing and ordering, coordinating with relevant departments to confirm accuracy.
• Review all documentation to ensure correct taxation and timely release of vehicles to customers.
• Maintain complete and accurate stock records, including inventory tracking and updates.
• Prepare and provide management information reports; liaise with manufacturers on stock availability and financial data.
Key Requirements
• Previous experience in a motor-trade Sales Administrator or similar role is strongly preferred.
• Excellent administrative skills with proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail—essential for managing invoicing, stock control, and compliance.
• Experience producing accurate reports and interpreting financial information is a plus.
