Warranty Administrator Role
• Coordinate the full warranty process within the service department, collaborating with Service Advisors and Management
• Manage warranty claims end-to-end, ensuring documentation meets both group and manufacturer standards
• Communicate with technicians, customers, and vehicle manufacturers to resolve claim issues and update on statuses
• Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, including paperwork, correspondence, and approvals
• Review claims data to identify trends and improve claim accuracy and process efficiency
• Perform audits on warranty documentation and processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and manufacturer guidelines
• Prepare and present warranty performance reports and KPIs to management
Key Requirements
• At least 12 months’ experience in warranty administration or service administration at a main dealer or similar environment
• Proficiency with warranty and dealer management systems, such as 1link, Kerridge
• Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workflows
