SMART Repair Manager - Perrys Vauxhall Doncaster

Hours: To be discussed
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

SMART Repair Manager Responsibilities
•    Oversee workshop staff, both productive and non-productive
•    Manage workshop efficiency, productivity, and output
•    Liaise with internal teams and external customers to meet service standards
•    Ensure accurate and timely completion of all work and documentation
•    Enforce company procedures and maintain compliance standards
•    Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers

Key Requirements
•    At least 1 year of experience in a bodyshop or SMART Repair Manager role
•    NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds Level 3, or ATA qualification preferred
•    Excellent leadership and communication skills
•    Full UK driving licence
