Service Advisor – Perrys Vauxhall Rotherham

Perrys is one of the UK’s largest car dealership groups, having served customers since 1908, with over 50 branches across the country. We are an official franchised dealer for many of the UK’s most popular car and commercial vehicle brands, including Ford, Kia, Mazda, and Vauxhall.

Service Advisor Duties:

• Greet customers bringing their vehicles for scheduled and unscheduled servicing and repairs
• Book customer vehicles into the workshop and keep them updated on progress
• Support the aftersales function and collaborate with various staff members in the department, such as workshop controllers, assisting the service manager in the day-to-day running of a busy aftersales department
• Manage customer expectations and always strive for a professional approach.
• Upsell additional products to new and existing customers

Key Requirements:

• Experience as a Service Advisor from a car dealership, bodyshop, or independent background
• Professional and presentable individual
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to work weekends
