Health & Safety Coordinator – Perrys Vauxhall Canterbury
Hours: To be discussed - Part time - Hours and days are flexible.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Perrys are one of the UK’s largest Car Dealership Groups having served customers since 1908 with over 50 branches across the country. Official franchised dealer for many of the UK’s most popular car and commercial vehicle brands, including Ford, Kia, Mazda, and Vauxhall.
Health & Safety role:
• The role involves monitoring and managing our internal training, carrying out internal audits in conjunction with our annual group audits, monitoring weekly and monthly checks including H&S, First Aid, Fire Exits etc. Planning and organising our annual checks across the dealerships with the management team, and ensuring all relevant paperwork is uploaded and maintained within our internal system.
• This role will require you to travel across 5 of our client’s sites to Coordinate with General managers to ensure H&S requirements are met across the dealerships (mileage expenses are paid)
Health & Safety Coordinator requirements:
• Previous experience in a H&S position.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a wide variety of contacts
• Computer literacy - Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
