Switchboard Operator (Part Time )– Perrys Vauxhall Rotherham

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Switchboard Operator role:
• Answer incoming calls, according to company procedure, professionalism, establishing their needs to ensure they are directed to the correct department/team member.
• Directing calls efficiently as well as effectively ensuring an exceptional experience.
• To accurately take and forward messages as appropriate.
• To support the management and other departments of the site facilities.
• You will build a genuine rapport and ensure a smooth and efficient introduction to the sales team.
• Use computer as an effective communication tool, inputting data as requested, updating, and maintaining the dealership diary and other general administrative duties.
Switchboard Operator requirements:
• Ideally you will have experience within a similar role or motor trade experience. If not, then we will require a stable career history within an Administrator role.
• Flexible to cover colleagues' days off and sickness
• Service with a smile attitude.
• Excellent organisation skills.
